How selling with Ebike Exchange works…

Step 1

Fill out our selling form with your bike’s details. We will need two side on photos, the make, model and mileage. Our buying team will then get back to you with a quote. You’ll get a price for a straight sale and a part exchange (PX) value.

Step 2

If you choose to sell, we will be in touch to either collect ourselves, or arrange our courier to collect. There is no cost for either of these options, however if we need to use a courier we will need it boxed and packaged securely. A local bike shop or Halfords are good options for getting hold of a bike box! If it’s a PX you will need to come to Dorchester with your bike.

Step 3

Once a time is arranged we will come and collect. If it is being shipped we can only give you a day, and at 9am we receive a 2 hour collection window. This can be from Monday - Friday depending on when suits you.

Step 4

Receiving payment:

This can be done 2 ways, either by PayPal in advance or by bank transfer once we receive the bike. You may be charged a small fee receiving money through PayPal.

Returns:

We reserve the right to return your bike if it isn’t up to standard. This is very rare and would only happen if we weren’t made aware of major faults; such as cracks, dents, electrical failure or serious mechanical problems. We understand your bikes are used and will have scuffs and scratches. The main thing is to be honest with the condition when contacting us as if repairs are needed we can price this into a quote.
