You’re welcome to come and visit us in person to view and test ride any bikes.

We are based on the Dorset Innovation Park, DT2 8GB.

The site has strict security so it’s essential you contact ahead of time to arrange a viewing so we can let the gate know.

We will need your full name and you’ll need to bring photo ID with you. (Drivers lisence, passport etc.)

If you don’t bring ID you won’t be able to come onto the site.

All bikes sold by us have a 14 day returns and warranty period covering the motor and battery.

This gives you confidence everything is sold in good faith, and if you’re unlucky enough to have any issues from the get go we’ll happily take it back or help you get it fixed.

Ultimately they are used bikes so they (generally) don’t have the full warranty you’d get buying new. This is something you have to weigh up, you’ll save ££££ but motors and batteries can fail, which could be expensive.

Buying from us is a safer option than privately where you have no recourse at all.

If you buy a bike from us and need parts in the future we will help source and provide parts at the lowest trade price we can.

Yes, all our bikes can be delivered. This generally costs £105 for anywhere in the UK. This can be selected at checkout.

We use a bike specific courier who collect and deliver the bike as it is, so no unboxing or setup required for you. This is fully insured.

You will be provided tracking and they will check to see when you are in. They deliver within 10 days, however it can be quicker.

Extra photos and info will be provided if needed. Also happy to do video calls with any bikes.

If for whatever reason it isn’t what you expected you’ve got 14 days to initiate a return. Return shipping is payable by the buyer.

Showroom viewings can be arranged any day of the week, just get in touch in advance. We’re always at the end of the phone and will return your call if we miss you.

Yes, we are always happy to buy back or PX previously sold bikes and will offer the best price we can.

All major credit and debit cards, BACS, cash and PayPal are accepted methods of payment.

We source our ebikes from partner shops who’s customers are looking to part exchange and from sellers who come to us direct.

Every serial number is checked and we have the original purchase receipt in most cases. They will always come with a charger and purchase receipt from us at the least, and best case with manuals, original receipt and service receipts as well, depending on the bike!

We always aim to be as cheap or better value than comparable bikes being sold privately.

This is obviously a massive issue with used Ebike market so we take every step possible. 200+ bikes we haven’t had an issue, but if there ever was we would assist and you would have the proof of purchase from us, rather than no protection if you buy private from a random person.
