Yes, all major credit cards are accepted. This is fast and simple and can be done in person after test riding a bike. Bank transfer is ideal as it saves us on card fees. Cash is also accepted!

Used bikes are generally sold as ‘sold as seen’. Buying from us gives you a 3 day window to return from collection or when you receive the bike by courier.

This gives you an opportunity to return the bike if you find it’s the wrong size or not the right bike for you.

This is particularly good for bikes received by post. Being used they pick up marks and although we list them as accurately as possible and with extra info if it’s shipped, if it’s not what you expected you can send it back. The return shipping will be payable by the buyer.

Yes, we are always happy to buy back or PX previously sold bikes and will offer the best price possible .

We are based in Dorchester, Dorset. Currently we work from home with the bikes kept in storage. Our showroom will hopefully be ready in Feb and will give you a chance to view the whole range at once! For now we can suggest a good public place to meet that is suitable for a quick test ride. If you’re interested in multiple bikes I can bring up to 4 bikes along.

Almost all ebikes don’t have transferable warranty, and if it’s older than 2 years it won’t have any remaining. This is a big part of why used ebikes are often £1000’s cheaper than new.

Specialized warranty is transferable if it’s under 2 years old. We can offer a 12 month extended motor/ battery warranty on all Brose (Specialized) and Bosch bikes.

I work from home, so I’m very flexible. During the week days or weekends, day time or evenings. If you’re interested in viewing any bikes get in touch and we can sort a time we are both free.

Yes, all our bikes can be delivered. This generally costs £95 for anywhere in the UK.

If for whatever reason it isn’t what you expected you’ve got 3 days to initiate a return. Return Shipping is payable by the buyer.

We guarantee no bike is stolen!

Every serial number is checked and we have the original purchase receipt in most cases. They will always come with a charger and purchase receipt from us at the least, and best case with manuals, original receipt and service receipts as well, depending on the bike!

This is obviously a massive issue with used Ebike market so we take every step possible. 200+ bikes we haven’t had an issue, but if there ever was we would assist and you would have the proof of purchase from us, rather than no protection if you buy private from a random person.
