We buy and sell hundreds of bikes a year so know exactly what your bike would be worth depending on age, milage and seasonality. We look to give you a fair, realistic price for a quick and safe transaction.

How our selling process works:

Navigate to our ‘sell’ page and fill out the form with your bikes info and your contact details. We buy electric MTB, touring, hybrid and cargo bikes with an original retail price over £2000. We will get back to you within 72 hours.

Our buying team will get in touch. We may ask some more questions about your bike. Once we’ve made an offer it’s down to you to decide if you want to go ahead. All our offers are valid for 7 days.
If you accept our offer, you will need to fill and sign our Seller Contract form which is linked on your offer email.
This formalises our offer and gives us your address for collection & bank details for getting paid!

You’ve sent in your bike, accepted our offer, what next?
We will arrange collection of your bike, either by us directly or through our cycle courier. If it is our courier collecting you don’t need to worry about boxing it, they collect as is. We will cover this cost, it is also fully insured.
We’re always flexible, if you don’t want it couriered or want an even faster pay out, you can deliver to our shop in Dorset directly.

The most important part, payment!
If you’re coming to our shop you will be paid via bank transfer after a quick inspection and test ride.
If the bike has been collected by our courier, payment will be made by bank transfer once it has arrived at the shop and been inspected. Our Seller Contract needs to be filled before collection to formalise our offer which protects you and us.
