Deposit Terms & Conditions

£100 Reservation Deposit — Terms & Conditions

By paying a £100 reservation deposit, you agree to the following:

  1. Reservation Period
    Your deposit reserves the specified e-bike for up to 30 days from the date of payment (“Reservation Period”) once we’ve confirmed by email. During this time, the bike will be held for you and may be marked as reserved/unavailable.

  2. Refundable Upon Viewing
    Your £100 deposit is fully refundable upon viewing the bike if you decide not to proceed, provided the viewing takes place within the 30-day Reservation Period.

  3. Deducted from Purchase Price
    If you proceed with the purchase, the £100 deposit will be deducted from the final sale price of the e-bike.

  4. Non-Refundable After 30 Days / No-Show
    If you do not complete a viewing within 30 days, or you fail to attend a scheduled viewing without rearranging with reasonable notice, the deposit becomes non-refundable and the reservation will lapse. The bike may then be returned to sale.

  5. Changing or Cancelling a Viewing
    If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Where reasonable notice is given, we will do our best to accommodate an alternative date within the Reservation Period.

  6. One Deposit per Bike / Allocation
    Deposits are linked to the specific e-bike shown at checkout (or recorded on your order). If there is any ambiguity, we will contact you to confirm which bike the deposit relates to.

  7. Refund Method & Timing
    Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow your bank/card issuer time to apply the refund after it is processed.

  8. Our Right to Cancel (Rare Circumstances)
    In the unlikely event the bike becomes unavailable due to an error, damage, or a situation outside our control, we will cancel the reservation and refund your deposit in full.
