This is a 12 month extended warranty for the motor and battery only. Screen, wiring loom etc. is not covered, however these are the two biggest costs by far if they do fail.
Currently only available on bikes we have sold. To be bought simultaneously or within 7 days of the bike purchase.
In the event of a successful warranty claim, parts could be replaced for brand new, repaired, reconditioned or used, crucially in fully working order.
In the event of a failure the component will need to be returned to us. This could involve removing the motor or battery from your bike.
This is limited to one battery replacement. No limit for the motor.
We will always aim for the quickest turn around to minimise down time for your Ebike. Our turn around time is dependent on stock availability and lead times.
